The property comprises three side-by-side villas –Casa Chechén, Casa Chukum, and Casa Chakté– which can be rented collectively or individually. Their high-end artisan aesthetic celebrates Mexican architecture and craftsmanship, binding the houses together. Overall the property has ten bedrooms, three fully-equipped kitchens, three gorgeous plunge pools, and private beach access. Additionally, Casa Chechén was recently renovated and now boasts a comfortable new suite on the top floor.
Aldea Canzul is just a stroll away from Tulum’s most famous restaurants and nightlife venues. Nonetheless, the homes are designed for privacy and have many spots to detox and recharge, such as a beautiful ocean view bathtub and two rooftop terraces for catching jungle sunsets. The property also features an outdoor bar, lush tropical gardens, and ample space to relax in the Caribbean atmosphere.

The villa has a washer & dryer – for the staff use only
Housekeeping can help with your laundry – there is not a fee, except for gratuities if there are multiple loads in the day
Please keep in mind, the housekeepers are assisting the guests with their laundry as a courtesy to help keep the clothes clean of small loads
If you are looking for a real laundry service, the staff can take it to a laundry place and do it for them and that would imply an additional cost.
Please note that Bedroom 3 (Suite 2 - Casa Chukum) has special decor for kids.
