A 10% Discount is offered for stays of 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday is preferred).

Additional guests beyond 8 are $50 per person, per night.
Guests are given a $200 air conditioning allowance per week. Air conditioning is metered and a credit card is charged the additional cost (if applicable).

Damage protection is required.  $99 property protection insurance is available to US residents
Accidental Damage Waiver
A $299 Accidental Damage Waiver applies to every reservation.
