Stirling House Villa~

Welcome to the three-bedroom Stirling Villa at the Somerset resort. Located on the upper floors of the Stirling House, these luxury villas overlook the two beachfront pools and Grace Bay beach. This elegant Villa features beautiful marble floors throughout. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. There are two additional spacious en-suite guest rooms with queen, double, or 2 twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped, offering all you need for home-cooked meals. 

The living room provides a comfortable space to unwind. The Villa is air-conditioned throughout and has ceiling fans to keep you cool. While there are no ocean views, the Villa faces the garden and offers pleasant views of the croquet lawn. The private terrace is perfect for relaxing in the sun. The Villa can accommodate up to 8 guests and includes a pull-out sofa bed, making it ideal for families.

Dining~

Barbetta House:  Savor a crafted cuisine of Spanish Caribbean fusion that blends flavors from the Southern Mediterranean with local island flare. You'll find traditional seafood or meat Paella perfect for sharing (Paella Barbetta is a signature dish) and a "choose your thickness" Bistec Ribeye, grilled to your liking and served with a complement of four dipping sauces to finish off your experience. Barbetta House offers Daily Chef Specials including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options.  

Offering Patio Dining, Main Floor Dining, and King or Queen’s Room Dining upstairs. All seating areas enjoy the same superior service and upscale, but relaxed atmosphere.

Pool Bar:  Open daily for lunch, enjoy poolside casual dining in this blue mosaic-adorned spot. Beach and pool service is available for lunch and afternoon drinks.

Barbetta Tapas:  A warm and inspired atmosphere, perfect for an intimate gathering or with friends and family. The Lounge offers a wide selection of signature cocktails and small plates meant for sharing including the famous Aged Iberico Ham sliced from our carvery in the lounge and accompanied by Manchego Cheese. Our Tapas Menu is updated frequently, you will always find your favorite cured meats and cheeses, select olives, a variety of croquettes, charred octopus, Spanish meatballs, hummus plates, and vegetables.

Barbetta on the Beach:  Join us for the Bonfire BBQ, Rum Bar, tiki torches, DJ, and sand-between-your-toes Buffet. The festive party that perfect for all ages.. For a more private Beach dining experience, join for our Prix Fix gourmet dining experience, paired wine. Reservations are required for all beach dining.

Children’s Program~

Caicos Kids Club: Children will experience complimentary fun-filled magic at Caicos Kids Club while adults can escape for a little time to relax on their own. This drop-off program offers a variety of physical and creative activities designed for children ages 3 to 12, with 2 sessions daily Monday through to Saturday. The first session begins at 10 am and ends at noon while the second session begins at 2 pm and ends at 4 pm.  Activities include- Beach games, bingo, bushed crafts, fabric painting,  jewelry & mask crafts, movie night, paper crafts, sandcastle competition, shell collecting, Tie-Dye crafts, treasure hunt, and water relay.

Snorkeling:  Some 60 species of coral live in the spectacularly clear waters of Turks and Caicos. The world-famous coral reefs are teeming with a vast array of marine life, frequented by eagle rays, sea turtles, and friendly lemon sharks. Take your pick of the world-famous Coral Gardens (Bight Reef), Smith’s Reef, or Malcolm’s Road Beach.  

Parasailing: Glide high and take in miles and miles of panoramic views above the turquoise waters of Grace Bay for a unique view of paradise. This is a view that no picture or words could adequately convey. 

Kiteboarding:  The expansive, clear waters here provide the perfect conditions for a thrilling kiteboarding experience. Whether a novice or professional, the waters of Long Bay and the breezes of the southern side of Providenciales give way to the exploration or honing of your skills.  

Golf:  The Provo Golf Club is home to an 18-hole championship golf course twice-voted 5th Best Caribbean Golf Course by USA Today. The course is turfed with the newest industry-standard Platinum Paspalum grass and is noted for a challenging round of golf with tees for all golfing abilities and premium Titleist clubs. The club houses a full-service pro shop, flood-lit tennis courts, and an eatery.  

Horseback Riding:  There is nothing quite as romantic as a gentle horseback ride through the shallow waters of Turks and Caicos at golden hour. Both novices and experienced riders can delight in this activity.
