This property, designed by Turks and Caicos architect Ron Shaw, gives you a Frank Lloyd Wright styled home that runs completely off solar panels, the first of the villas on 'Provo' to do so.
Sandy Bottom Villa is a four bedroom all suite property with phenomenal ocean views that boasts an open concept living, dining and kitchen area that fabulously connects its interior chic design to luxurious outdoor Caribbean living.
There are three stories to explore in this large beachfront home. The pool level has three king size bedroom suites and an interior kitchen, living and dining room that focus around the villa's large lap swimming pool with a swim up pool bar and outdoor kitchen. Walking down to the beach guests will find a beautifully appointed beach lounge that has a built in fire pit overlooking the ocean.
Level two is the master bedroom. This room offers not only a special elevated view of the Caicos Banks but panoramic views of Flamingo Lake to the North (and yes, you can find flamingos there).
Level three is designed as a guest lounge with large, comfortable seating to allow guests to take in the best views of all of Turtle Tail; Flamingo Lake to the North and The Caicos Banks to the South.
