Overview

Everyone is happy with room selection at Beach Villa Paprika, because the 5 spacious bedroom suites are equal in size. Each master suite has a beautiful water view, a private patio/balcony with outdoor furniture, and an en-suite bathroom. Villa Paprika sleeps 12 people comfortably with 7 king beds. There are 5 full baths and 2 half baths. The covered, poolside dining table comfortably seats 12 to 14 people and is perfect for large groups and special celebrations. The indoor table seats 10. Enjoy the outdoor grill and fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, or hire a villa chef or catering service to prepare memorable dining experiences.

Villa Paprika balances grand social spaces with secluded quiet places to help guests both connect and retreat on vacation. The location serves a wide variety of personal interests. Enjoy the beautiful turquoise waters and sugary beach sand with 3 oceanfront decks with shade umbrellas, sunbathing chaises, tables and chairs. Look for dolphins and sea rays while relaxing on the deck in the early morning! Wooden boardwalks separate the decks supporting secluded areas for meditation, private conversations, and reading. Smith’s Reef is literally steps off shore directly in front of the villa. It is voted “the island’s best snorkeling reef close to shore”. Explore an ocean playground with hundreds of fish species, or relax in the villa’s large 35’ x 15’ saltwater heated pool. The coral stone pool terrace is surrounded by beautiful flowers, coconut palms, sunbathing chaises, and a shade gazebo. There’s a shallow kiddie pool for young children and a “Pottery Barn Kids” play kitchen on the 3rd floor. Beach walkers love Grace Bay Beach for tranquil miles of perfect sand and pristine turquoise waters. Villa Paprika’s beach has ample soft, sugary sand. Water shoes are recommended for the narrow strip of rocks close to shore which may be slippery when wet. Adventure seekers find many ocean excursion boats close by with an easy walk to Turtle Cove Marina.

Villa Paprika’s location offers excellent dining options. Walk a 1/4 mile to the Naughty Gull, Shark Bite, or Baci Italian Ristorante. Walk a 1/3 mile to eat at Smokey’s Sports Bar, Tiki Hut, or Jammin’ Gelato. Walk a 1/2 mile to Magnolia Restaurant and Wine Bar for beautiful sunset dining or to Mango Reef for fine dining on the marina with festive lights. (some close in Sept.)

Take a 3-mile trip into town for upscale shopping, gift shops, art boutiques, and more dining options. Cabs are easy to obtain with a phone call. Scooter Bob’s is a short 1/2 mile from the villa, and they rent bikes and scooters.

There are 6 flat screen smart televisions, 3 washing machines, 4 dryers, indoor/outdoor speakers to connect your music devices, indoor/outdoor high-speed internet, and a printer for plane tickets. Guests traveling with young children may request complimentary set up of the villa’s baby crib, pack-n-play, high chair, or 2 rollaway twin beds.

Note: The AC is metered on a separate meter located in the laundry room. You will be shown the meter at check-in.  Confirm air conditioning charges with your villa specialist as they are subject to change without notice.  AC is metered to discourage use with doors and windows open. There are 8 separate air conditioning systems in the villa to allow guests individual adjustment of AC in occupied rooms. The pool heating is optional and is also an additional cost.
