The interiors at Villa Awa are effortlessly elegant, creating a new experience at every turn. Native stonework and locally milled woodwork and cabinetry create a perfect balance of contemporary and comfort, while custom ceramics, feature marble elements, and unique wallpaper finishes bring a softness to the striking modern context.
A volcanic rock-entrance pond on one side of the main living space is balanced by a knife-edged pool on the other. These beautiful water features act in harmony with the trade winds to cool the space, while the inside blends seamlessly with outside as a fully-glazed wall completely disappears from view.
Outdoor lounging is enhanced by a predominantly native landscape palate and through a variety of experiences, including sunken fireside seating, a hot tub, and deck fringed with palm trees, in-pool loungers, an outside lounge area and beachside deck with hammocks.
