The Beach Villa Aquazure is a beautiful, modern, recently renovated property that has a footprint of a property originally constructed in the 1980’s, when setback laws to the ocean were not yet in place.

This offers guests incredible proximity to the ocean. Step off of the beach deck and your feet are directly in the sand.
The Beach Villa Aquazure is a five bedroom suite property that consists of a four bedroom main house and one bedroom guest house. The main house has an open concept floor plan with a fully-equipped, beautiful kitchen, and a large dining room and living space that cleanly and conveniently opens up to the exterior ocean deck via large glass sliders.
Each of the bedrooms have large ensuite bathrooms, outdoor showers, private exterior deck space, flat screen televisions and comfortable closet space. The master bedroom offers views over the pool and ocean while the other three suites offer garden views.
Beach Villa Aquazure is located just to the South of Leeward Point and its beach connects on to Pelican Beach and ultimately Grace Bay Beach, an eleven mile stretch of the best The Turks and Caicos has to offer.
Beach Villa Aquazure also offers guests two single ocean kayaks, great to check out Mangrove Cay and Iguana Island, only a short paddle away.
