Villa is burglar alarm protected with a special code for guests.
No Pets.
Children are considered to be under the age of 12, older than 12 will be considered a teen or adult.
Can sleep a 12th person on a rollaway bed at no additional charge. Pack & Play available as well.

Late check out (based on availability) is possible with a late check out fee of US$150-US$200 depending on the villa
