Overview

Villa Rock U is a contemporary 3-bedroom villa located in Lurin within minutes of the beach, restaurants, and shopping. This villa enjoys beautiful sunsets.

The interior features a spacious, open-plan living room and dining area with a long wooden table. A breakfast bar separates the well-equipped, gourmet kitchen from the living and dining area. The living area opens to the terrace.

All 3 bedrooms have private terraces with outdoor seating areas and ocean views. The master bedroom is located on the opposite side of the pool and other bedrooms and has a king-size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. The other 2 bedrooms have queen-size beds and en suite bathrooms with showers.

Lush, tropical gardens surround the property. A large pool with stairs faces the view. The house also has WiFi, a barbecue, and French satellite TV.

Villa Rock U comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is not suitable for young children and does not allow pets.
