Villa Bellissima is a 3-bedroom villa located in Gouverneur within minutes of the beach and shopping. This hillside villa offers sweeping ocean views.

The living and dining pavilion has fully retractable glass doors on 2 sides, opening onto a covered terrace. Outdoor sitting and dining areas face a panoramic ocean view and infinity pool. Lush gardens surround the property.

This house has been elegantly furnished with sleek, hardwood cabinetry, a designer sofa, and both upholstered and leather-covered chairs. The living area has a game table and sound system with indoor and outdoor speakers, which is perfect for entertaining. The wood, marble, and stainless steel kitchen are located at one end of the pavilion with a large island overlooking the sitting area.

Two bedrooms are located in another pavilion, which opens to the pool area. Each of these bedrooms has a 4-poster king-size bed and polished granite floors.

The third bedroom is in a separate cottage with its own private terrace. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and spacious, polished stone bathrooms. The house also comes with WiFi and high-speed Internet, a built-in barbecue, fax machine, and U.S. satellite TV.

Villa Bellissima comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays, and gardening and pool services weekly. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for children, ages 6 and older, and is wheelchair accessible. This is a non-smoking property.
