Villa Belharra, is located high in the hills of Colombier above Corossol and offers panoramic sunrise to sunset views. Newly built, Villa Belharra sits on a privileged location close to the top of a hill overlooking Gustavia with its bay, as well as half of the island from sunrise to sunset.
Overview
It truly offers exceptional and breathtaking views from two terraces, one of the main level and a second on the bedroom level. The villa is simple, without many of the bells and whistles so many of the newer villas seem to have, but it doesn’t lack in comfort. Who needs a 60” screen when you have views like at Villa Belharra?A small garage is on the ground level where stairs lead to the main floor with the pool and first terrace, which has several seating areas. The large open living space opens on two sides to fully benefit from the views. The modern kitchen is fully-equipped and comes with a small breakfast bar. A dining area separates the kitchen from the living room.
Upstairs are two identical bedrooms that open up to a large shared terrace, each bedroom has a European king-sized bed and ensuite bathrooms. One of the bathrooms can be opened up to the outside.
Villa Belharra, or Belharra, comes with house cleaning services six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
