Overview
This small island, popular with golfers, sits 95 miles from Charleston and 40 miles from Savannah, Georgia. Offering over 12 miles of sugar white beaches, marinas and subtropical forests, the island is a fantastic place to enjoy biking, swimming and wildlife watching.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped, with a large wood dining table just off of it that can seat up to 14 guests. Alfresco dining is also available at a poolside table or at the outdoor bar. The outdoor grilling area sits on a large countertop/ outdoor kitchen area with a refrigerator and sink.
Situated just behind the bar are two luxury outdoor sofas, hot tub and pool. The outdoor shower is located on the home's private paved beach walk. Outdoor club chairs surrounding a wood burning fire are located on the patio area, here you can enjoy toasting s'mores at sunset.
The master bedroom has a king bed, plasma TV, luxury bathroom as well as two french doors that open up onto the outdoor fireside ensemble. Upstairs benefits from a king bedroom with TV, private balcony and large bathroom area. Another staircase will take you to a similar king suite that offers an oceanfront patio and a large bathroom. The media room on the second floor also serves as a fifth bedroom featuring two twin beds, suitable for children and extra guests.

Beach Details
Please note, this house is oceanfront and does not require traveling to a beach entry. However, should you wish to use the facilities of the Sea Pines Beach Club please note the following: there is very limited parking at the Sea Pines Beach Club March 23-September 2nd from the hours of 9 am to 5 pm. 50 parking places are available on a first come- first serve basis. A Free beach shuttle service is offered for beach access. Beach parking is available after 5 pm every day with no limitations
