This beautiful Southern Style retreat is located on the Robert Trent Jones golf course and offers plenty of room and comfort for guests.
Overview
There are twelve steps to the front door you will find a large wrap around porch. Inside you will find a seating area with two loveseats, decorative fireplace, a reading nook and a slider to the back deck.
The first bedroom to the left of the entry has a queen bed, TV and private bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, two chairs with ottoman, flat screen TV, door to the back deck and a private bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower.
To the right of the entry is a dining room that has a large wooden table and seats ten. Off of the dining room is a large kitchen that overlooks the family room. It has additional seating for six plus a table and six barstools at the bar.
The family room overlooks the golf course and has two sofas, two chairs, large flat screen TV, stereo, DVD player and a door to the deck. The large back deck has a table for six and a gas grill. There are six steps down to the pool area with lounge chairs and additional seating to relax.
Fourteen steps take you to the second level of the house. The third bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and shares a bathroom with the fourth bedroom, which has a king bed and TV. Down the hall are the fifth and sixth bedrooms that also share a bathroom. The fifth bedroom has a queen bed with a TV and the sixth bedroom has two double beds with a TV (no cable).
Conveniently located on the golf course and close to the beach and leisure paths.
