Beach Details

The nearest beach is Mismaloya Beach, located just a 10-minute walk downhill from the villa. If you prefer to drive, it's only a 3-minute drive away.

*The kitchens located in the game room and fitness area are for display purposes only and are not available for guest use. For security reasons, guests are not allowed to cook, and the villa staff is responsible for operating all kitchen and grill areas

Service Hours:
• Coffee service starts at 8:00 am, and breakfast is typically served between 8:45 and 9:00 am. Please review your meal schedule with the staff.
• If you require service before 8:00 am, we will gladly accommodate, but please coordinate with the villa houseman 24 hours in advance.
• Dinner is served no later than 7:00 pm. After dinner, the staff will clean up, serve a final round of drinks, and then finish their duties for the night.

Location Details

Villa Notes

Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.
No outside guests are permitted in the villa.
Children are welcome. However, for their safety, guests must supervise children at all times, especially near the pool, stairs, and railings. There is no lifeguard on duty, so the safety of all guests is the responsibility of each individual.
The main floor is wheelchair accessible, but the property is not fully handicap-compliant.
Check-in is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early and late departures may be reviewed based on availability.
Bachelor and Spring Break Groups are not permitted. However, bachelorette groups are welcome.
No excessive noise is permitted between the hours of 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
