The elegant sitting room with fireplace and high ceilings with traditional wood beams, together with another expansive living room that opens onto the stunning terrace, offer a world of lux- ury and relaxation. The formal dining room with vaulted ceiling and large windows with breathtaking views of the harbor delivers a stylish atmosphere. Handsomely furnished with antiques and modern pieces, Villa Barbara prides itself with outstanding service. Fully equipped kitchen and guest bathroom complete this floor.
Outdoor Features:
Four different outdoor dining areas are present on the estate, including a pretty vine-covered gazebo on a plateau. From here you can enjoy unrivaled views of the sea while eating, and the near saltwater swimming pool offers a bar carved out of the rocks, perfect to serve you your favorite drink at the right temperature. The surrounding private park is a tranquil oasis above the glitzy town.
This waterfront luxury villa features a unique access from the road: walk 200 meters inside a tunnel carved in the rock, than take an elevator which bring you to the villa entrance. The outdoor furnishings with plush white cushions give a very cool feeling during those hot summer days. The closest beach is a 15-minute walk away.
