Located in the Princeville area of north Kauai, this exceptional villa provides convenient access to renowned Hanalei Bay. The quaint bordering town of Hanalei also offers a variety of restaurant options, along with art galleries, boutiques, and surf shops. And whether you're looking for snorkeling, hiking, boating, stand-up paddling, or golf opportunities, you'll find them nearby on the north shore.

The home features split air conditioning systems in two bedrooms on the second level and one bedroom by the courtyard/pool area. The primary suite and living area feature central air conditioning.

Please note that a mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee of $375 plus tax applies to all stays of 10 days or longer.

Garage is NOT available. Guest parking on the driveway.

Please be advised that pool heat is NOT included in the rental rate. If you are interested in heating the pool, kindly contact us for more details regarding our pool heat policy. Also note that not all pools on Kauai have the option for heating. Please do NOT assume that pools are automatically heated for guests. Pool heat requests are subject to an additional daily charge and must be requested two weeks prior to arrival.

Please note, mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required for stays of 10+ nights. For stays of over 21 nights, two mid-stay cleanings are required. Any mandatory mid-stay cleaning charges will be included in your reservation quote based on your length of stay. Please contact management for more information if needed.

Note About Seasonal Gnats

We want to ensure guests are aware that during the winter months in Hawaii, gnats are naturally more prevalent due to the tropical climate. These tiny insects are attracted to light and are especially common in lush, green areas like ours. While we take every measure to maintain the property, their presence is a natural part of the environment and beyond our control.

To minimize their impact during your stay:

• Keep doors and windows closed as much as possible.
• Ensure screens are securely in place. Please note, however, that some gnats are so small they may get through even the finest mesh screens.
