The villa features a beautiful, landscaped garden with magnificent sea and mountain views and a large infinity pool.
There are seven guest double bedrooms, all en suite, five of which have sea views, and two additional bedrooms and two bathrooms for either staff or teenagers. There is an open plan kitchen, pool house with outdoor kitchen facility, large infinity pool, and an outdoor sound system.
Ground floor - There is a hall with open plan living room with sea and mountain views. There is a fully equipped kitchen, back kitchen for professional use with cellar, cold room and ice maker machine. The living room includes a great dining table for up to 14 guests. The living space opens onto superb terraces facing the sea, mountains in the background and pool.
First level Office desk on landing level with sea view. Master bedroom (60m2) with super king size bed and private terrace with day bed and fabulous sea views, dressing room, safe, en suite bathroom with double washbasins, shower, bathtub, separate wc.
Lower level Service entrance with small kitchen. Two further bedrooms (one with 180cm bed and one with 2x90cm beds), cupboards, each with a shower room, washbasin and wc. Laundry room including a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
