This villa is located in the Residential Park of Pampelonne, at only 300 m from Pampelonne beach and its clubs.
Small grocery shops and numerous restaurants are close to the property
Ramatuelle can be reached within 10 minutes (by car), as well as Saint-Tropez center
Nice International Airport: 1 hour and 30 minutes
Heliport at 5 minutes from the house by driving.
The bay of Saint Tropez offers many entertainment opportunities: 3 golf clubs around the bay, the closest is about 15 minutes away;
Tennis clubs are also close to the property (8 km)
Some of the nicest villages are just located at 10-15 minutes by car (Ramatuelle, Gassin, Grimaud, Port Grimaud and Saint Tropez)
