With its own tennis court and heated pool you would be forgiven for wanting to spend all your holiday within the confines of the villa, however it is also well located, being near impressive towns such as Grasse (3 miles), Cabris and Valbonne (7 miles). Cannes is also only 10 miles distant.

There is a terrace that runs for the length of the building with several outdoor dining areas, a barbecue and table tennis table.
