Overview
Accommodating up to 14 guests, the villa features all together seven deluxe suites with seven en-suite bathrooms, a heated swimming pool, tennis court, spa and gym room. The villa is nestled in a sumptuous and spectacular 70 acre domain.
All bedrooms are equipped with king size beds or single beds, with spacious dressing rooms and bathrooms nicely decorated. There is a desk equipped with TV as well as Internet connection and WI- FI, telefax, and telephone.
The kitchen is completely equipped with refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso machine, Kettle, juicer, toaster, dishwasher, and more. It has several ovens, steakhouse, a wine closet, and several refrigerators allowing to store what is needed for several days.
There is a fully equipped laundry room (washer, dryer and ironing appliances) with an independent access to the house.
The outside space is enhanced with a summer lounge which can be heated in case of fresh-nights, a magnificent summer dining room that welcomes up to 20 guests and a barbecue facing garden and pool.
Note: Villa Allegria may be rented with Villa Terra Nova and Villa Toscana within the same estate for a full capacity of 34 persons (Domaine de St Jean)
