Please add 18% government tax to all rates. Holiday Season Cancellation Policy - This cancellation policy applies to the following dates: December 18th to January 5th. Cancellation Policy: No date changes will be allowed, only if force majeure limits travel, we will allow date changes, but will be valid for a period of 11 months. No refunds will be given for seasonality rate changes. Payment Policy: 50% is due upon booking and the remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to the travel date.
Accidental Damage Waiver
A $99 Accidental Damage Waiver applies to every reservation.
Minimum Stay Details
High season and Low season - 2 night minimum. Punta Cana villas are all a 12 or 14 night minimum during festive, but most are likely to accept a 7-night stay over Christmas week.
