Villa 322 is located in the charming village of Zaton near Dubrovnik, which is located in a beautiful bay surrounded by hills. Zaton has excellent restaurants, cafes and many entertainment options for tourists. Just 8 km from Zaton lies the historic town of Dubrovnik, famous for its beauty. Take a walk through the old town on the walls of Dubrovnik and enjoy the beautiful view. We definitely recommend a visit to Mljet National Park, a boat trip to Lokrum, and the Elaphiti Islands.
This beautiful villa has a living area of 230 m2 and can accommodate 8 + 2 people. There are four bedrooms in the villa, each equipped with a double bed, air conditioning and a TV, which guarantees guests a comfortable and pleasant stay. Each bedroom has a private modern bathroom, three of which are equipped with a shower cabin, while one of them has a bathtub.
Villa 322 features a luxurious living room with comfortable leather sofas and a large smart TV, where guests can relax after an eventful day in the city. From the living room, guests have access to a balcony overlooking the pool. On the ground floor of the villa there is a large, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, from which guests have access to the terrace with pool. There is also a laundry and ironing room in the villa, which guests can use during their stay.
