The main level has all you need with a spacious Great Room featuring a lovely living room with a gas fireplace, deck with mountain views, dining area and table with seating for six, plus breakfast bar seating for four, and a walk-in pantry where you can stock your supplies for your stay! For added convenience, this level has air conditioning and a powder room.

On the ground level of this beautiful townhome is a queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom and access to the heated garage for ski storage.

On the third level of the home, you will find the master bedroom with a large picture window with views of the mountain, a four-poster bed, and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a walk-in closet. The two additional bedrooms include a bunk room with a twin over full bunk bed and a split king / 2 XL Twin beds bedroom, both with access to the full bathroom in the hallway.

Keep following the stairs up one more level to the showstopper of this home – the rooftop deck! Here you will be greeted by a stunning panoramic view of Steamboat Springs. The ski area is straight ahead, town to the west, and Emerald Mountain to the south. You really get it all up here! Enjoy a soak in the hot tub, relax in the Adirondack chairs, or sit with a snack or meal at the bartop table. You’ll quickly find this to be your favorite spot in the home!
