Villa Rosa

Overview

It is set on half an acre of beautifully landscaped gardens offering much privacy and seclusion from all sides. Villa Rosa's large plot offers plenty of space for outdoor living and includes an infinity-edge swimming pool set into a shell stone sun terrace as well as a large garden fringed by mature trees.

Entering Villa Rosa from the courtyard, a traditional coral stone hallway leads to the spectacular double-height dining area with a majestic wrap-around stone staircase and shuttered gallery above. The gallery shutters and windows open to let in the cool Eastern breezes and much natural light to brighten the living spaces. 

Beyond the dining area is the main sitting room with doors on three sides opening to the covered terrace, a perfect spot for alfresco dining and lounging. The kitchen is situated just off the dining area and leads to a separate laundry area with drying yard. 

Three of the four ensuite bedrooms are on the lower level; two of them located toward the rear of the villa feature French doors opening onto the terrace. The master suite on the upper level offers stunning resort and sea views. The master steps out onto a private balcony overlooking the sparkling pool below.

The house is finished throughout in luxurious materials and contemporary furnishings in muted shades. Yet, the coral stone walls, shell stone terraces and the exposed pickled pine ceilings echo a hint of the materials and designs so typical of the Caribbean.

Villa Rosa is a retreat for the entire family - it enjoys a fairway location, yet it is only a short golf cart drive away from the Clubhouse, tennis courts and communal swimming pools. Royal Westmoreland Resort is in close proximity from Holetown, with its many options for shopping, dining and entertainment.

Holetown and the nearest Beach are a short 8 minute drive. While in Holetown you will have access to the shopping mall, supermarket, local arts and craft (souvenirs) and plenty dining options to choose from. Royal Westmoreland Golf Club is independent from the property estate and reserves the right to change club rules, including access to the course and tee times at their discretion.
