Overview
Sitting on .83 acres, Sea Winds is well designed with an open living room, dining room and kitchen. There are two Master Suites that are mirror images and located on opposite sides of the main living area. In addition there is a 3rd bedroom off the living room with adjoining bathroom. The kitchen has granite counters, GE appliances including a dishwasher. The bathrooms have marble double vanities and walk-in closets and are in the two master suites.
There are sliding glass doors leading from the two master suites and the living area to the pool deck. These doors are screened and provide lots of light and openness to the living areas. The three bedrooms have a/c units and all rooms are equipped with ceiling fans. The property is walled and gated and is on the southern rocky coastline with unobstructed views of St. Maarten. The area is quiet and private and the property is accessed via a short dirt road, Jeremiah Gumbs Highway.
